Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 3 months of purchase, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Goods If your product is defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the CPA. Please contact us within 6 months of delivery.

How to Return Email us at info@irontorch.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange collection or provide a return address.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exclusions Returns are not accepted for items damaged through misuse, normal wear and tear, or where the seal has been broken on consumable items.
