Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframe Orders are delivered within 8–12 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Courier All orders are shipped via Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Delays Iron Torch strives to dispatch all orders promptly. However, once an order has been handed over to Aramex, delivery timeframes are subject to the courier's operations. Iron Torch cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control.
